Here is what would likely happen if it was the Jedi who discovered Earth. The Jedi would likely attempt to see if there were any force sensitives on Earth and upon finding out that there aren’t any they would probably attempt to research the history and cultures of our planet and may even attempt to contact world leaders. Since the Jedi are relatively good people they would mostly be peaceful towards us. Also Depending on if it is a human Jedi people would probably be surprised and shocked as while they likely wouldn’t be surprised at alien life existing in space they would be surprised that there were other humans out there in the galaxy. Also it is likely that the Jedi especially those who are human would call us Earthlings instead of humans due to both of us being human. The Jedi would also not be surprised of there being religions on Earth such as Christianity or Judaism as there are many different religions in the Republic. As for the Republic and the Jedi while we would possibly agree on many things there are also some things that we would disagree on with one of those topics for example being slavery. Most countries on Earth including the United States have abolished slavery and many people rightly view it as immoral and barbaric but unfortunately some parts of the Republic such as Tantoinne do practice slavery. Therefore upon finding out that slavery is still practiced in some parts of the Republic many people on Earth would denounce it and would call for slavery to be abolished throughout the republic. Also there would likely be a Jedi Watcher or Jedi Watchers assigned to Earth to protect both it and us.

One of the things I respect about Gundam X is the fact that they didn't feel the need to make the protagonist a newtype despite forming close attachments and existing in a world with newtypes. It gives the newtype concept respect that not alot of other shows do.

From the moment Biscuit died I've been saying Orga is the main character. Mikazuki has the emotional depth of a corn cob, I seriously doubt he could feel the impact of Biscuit dying the way Orga did. Biscuits death had echoes of Reccoa Londe or Ryu in Zeta and 0079, in that it provided a emotional turning point for the main character (as Amuro's death did for Char in the original manga).

With regards to sound, the west simply had better access to sound tools. Big productions like Studio Ghibli could afford the top of the line sound design, but this didn't trickle down to tv budgets; some series were still produced in mono. With the animation complete, the English side only had to focus on translation & the audio, so they could afford to spend more on sound quality. And this was the rise of children's animation, so studios were gearing up accordingly.

So, the archangel has to risk life and limb to get to Orb where the blue cosmos senators are waiting for an excuse to bring back Cagalli to the negotiating table? The freedom might be op but it can definitely be overwhelmed by Orb’s army. Even if we consider sneaking in, im guessing the budget wasnt there and like Kira says, it wouldve put Cagalli into the same mindset of acquiescence she was already in. Hell, even Kira and Lacus mightve fallen for it too. They needed to regroup and make sure the actions they took would not result in the same scenario as episode one. Even with overwhelming power it does, but now Kira, who was always the main protagonist of destiny, decides to take on a more active role in preserving peace through negotiation first, then combat if necessary. The movie simply re-emphasizes how Kira should never shoulder all the responsibility.

Sounds like IBO was when sunrise was starting to get the hang of splitting a show into two seasons. With 00 the splitting of the show caused the momentum to br lost and led to a weaker second half. G-Witch was shorter but was at least mote consistent as a whole.
